TOFU SALAD (Marinated)

1 Block Firm Tofu (16 oz)
2 tbsp. Tamari
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup thinly sliced button mushrooms
1/2 Cup thinly sliced onions
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Cut tofu into cubes.
Add sliced onions, mushrooms and all other ingredients
Toss well.
Marinate 1-2 hours or to desired taste.
Garnish with parsley

Tip: The secret of this intensely flavored salad is the long marination; actual preparation time is only 15 minutes.
