SUNFLOWER SEED PLATE


2 cups sunflower seeds
1/4 cup olive oil
3 pieces of fresh garlic
1/4cup of liquid aminos
1 sticks celery diced
1 1/2 ounces parsley flakes
1 red pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 ounces onion powder

Blend sunflowers seed and other vegetables, you can put them in a food processor which is the best way to blend for consistency and taste, add water until it is creamy, do not add to much water or it will be runny, I usually start blend the ingredients without water and add water as the pate starts to get stiff.
