Soul Vegan recipes
Serves 4

1 16 oz. block of tofu
2 tsp Tamari or Liquid Aminos
1/2 Stick Non-hydrogenated Soy Margarine
1/2 tsp Basil
2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt or Vegi-Sal

Crumble Tofu in a bowl.
Melt margarine in skillet.
Add Tofu and dry ingredients.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add Tamari and salt, cook for 4 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve hot.

Additional spices or veggies can be added to taste. For example peppers and/or onions, parsley flakes or onion powder.
