1 Cup Cauliflower Flowerets
1 1/2 Cup Mung Bean Sprouts
1 Cup Broccoli Flowerets
1 Cup Snow Peas
2 Stalks celery (sliced in long thin strips)
1 Carrot (grated on long side)
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 Red Pepper (sliced thin)
1/4 Block of Firm Tofu (cubed)
1 Small White or Red Onion (sliced thin)
7 Large Mushrooms (thinkly sliced)
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 1/2 tbsp. Liquid Aminos
1 1/2 tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil

Marinate vegetables with olive oil and seasonings. Mix Well.
Add cubed tofu, bean sprouts and toss gently.
Serve over couscous, or enjoy as is.
