1 Block Tofu

1) Liquid aminos (or soy sauce) and water (1|2 ratio)
2) Olive oil, liquid aminos (or soy sauce), basil
3) Sesame oil
4) Water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt

Slice tofu into slices, nuggets, triangles, etc according to your tastes. Let soak in marinade for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from marinade and lightly sauté.
