KALE GREENS


12 cups Kale washed and coarsely chopped
1/4 cup Liquid Aminos
1/4 cup Water
1 cup Chopped Onion
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast

Heat oil in large pot.
Add Onion and greens and water.
Cover and let cook until greens are soft and tender (about 15 minutes).
Add remaining spices (to taste) and mix thoroughly.
