Dill Vinagrette


1/4 - 1/3 cup cold pressed olive oil
1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp Shoyu soy sauce
1 tbsp raw sesame tahini
1 tbsp raw honey
1/2 tsp miso
1 fresh garlic clove, peeled and crushed
3 bushy fresh dill sprigs, chopped or 3 tbsp dried dill
3 tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos


Blend all ingredients well in a blender or a shaping jar.
Makes about one cup.


Tahini Tamari Dressing

1/2 cup olive or other oil of choice
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup raw sesame seeds, un-hulled
1/3 cup Shoyu soy sauce
1/4 cup charged water or Rejuvelac
2 tsp kelp or dulse powder
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
1 tbsp ginger powder or fresh grated ginger

Blend all ingredients well in blender or shaking jar.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
