CURRY CAULIFLOWER SOUP


1 small organic cauliflower, cut into flowerettes
1 red pepper
1/2 avocado, ripe
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed
2 tbsp raw sesame tahini
2 tbsp light miso
3 tbsp garlic and chili flax seed oil, or olive oil
2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tbsp tumeric powder
2 tbsp Dr. Bronners Liquid Minerals, or Shoyu soy sauce
4 cups charged water or nut milk

Add all ingredients in blender. Blend on low to mix and then high for a smooth consistency and the result is a beautiful bright soup.

Note:
Tumeric has amazing antioxidant properties. This is a great soup to take with you when you travel by car or airplane, a time when we are usually immersed in extremely low frequency electromagnetic waves. We can all use more antioxidants these days, especially city-dwellers, as we live within a sea electromagnetic waves.
