COUSCOUS SALAD


1 Cup Couscous soaked
1/2 Red Pepper (chopped small)
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Spike
3 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
1/3 Cup Black Olives (sliced)
1 tsp. Ground cumin

Soak Couscous in water for 30 minutes. Water should come just above the couscous in a medium sized bowl.

Allow couscous to absorb all of the water.
Separate with a fork.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Garnish with parsley.
