CARROT SUPREME


4 cups carrots (juiced)
1/2 cup carrot juice
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup green peppers
3 tbsp onion powder
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup pickled relish
1 1/2 cup soy butter
1 ounce mustard
2 tbsp liquid aminos
1/4 cup maple syrup

Juice the carrots and keep the juice! Add all the ingredients together. Make sure the soy butter is thick not runny, this changes the consistency of the salad.
